Eliminating or minimizing your dairy intake could stop your frequent sinus infection.

I used to suffer from sinus pressure, sinus headache and sinus infection. And it’s every weekend! I had suffered for years, until my doctor said something about, “stop eating too much citrus, dairy and oh by the way, caffeine as well”. What? He should just said, “Stop living!”
I will eat ice cream every night, take my chewable vitamin C, and drink orange juice every morning (you know the healthy habit that we supposed to do to boost our immune system?) and my coffee… Food that we think supposed to make our immune system stronger, make me sick. I see my doctor often and take antibiotic, because I get sinus infection…often! No wonder I get headaches by the end of the week.
So I started cutting down on all of the above. I also started using the neti pot twice a week. And after 2 weeks with no ice cream, no chew-able vitamin C and no orange juice in the morning, I feel different. And guess what? I didn’t get any headaches or sinus pressure at all! After all these years, I have been suffering and trying to figure out what’s wrong with me. First, I thought it is my now ex-husband was the reason why…LOL!
