One of my favorites!!! RIBEYES for dinner!

One thing I always keep on my calendar is when Publix has their Prime rib on sale!!!! This year, they had it at $5.99 / lb, which is a steal. Have their butcher sliced it about an inch and 1/4, perfect RIBEYE slices! Vacuum seal them and you’ll have RIBEYE slices for 6 mos or longer, at a reasonable price!
